Refund policy

Return Process (only applicable to the United Kingdom):

  • Please contact us to initiate a warranty or return claim. You can email us at info@jumpsport.co.uk or send us a message at 0751 859 3192.
  • Once you have submitted your claim, our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
  • If you decide that the item(s) you have purchased are not right for you, you have up to 30 days of receipt to initiate the return process. We will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs to return the goods (from your location to our headquarters in Knutsford, Cheshire).
  • Should any item(s) arrive damaged or defective or not in the original packaging in sale condition – we will happily replace such items with the same item at no cost to you.
  • For any accepted return, the item(s) must be perfectly re-sellable and returned in the original packaging, with a receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days following the notice of refund.
  • Refunds will not be provided for items not purchased directly from JumpSport UK.

NOTE: Rebounders purchased in countries outside of the UK from JumpSport will be subject to a customised/personalised, mutually agreed upon returns and warranties policy.

We take great pride in the products we offer. We are constantly evaluating the quality control of our products, and our packaging and shipping methods. Please inspect all components when you receive them and prior to assembly to ensure that you do not have any missing, damaged, or defective parts. If you have a discrepancy, please contact us within 5 days of delivery of merchandise, to report any missing, damaged, or defective parts. We will take prompt action to remedy the situation. If a part is damaged or defective, we will send a replacement and provide you with instructions on what to do next. We may request that you dispose of it, or we will arrange to have it picked up at no charge to you. Please keep all original packing materials in case an item needs to be returned.

JumpSport UK is not responsible for any installation costs incurred because of missing, damaged, or defective parts.

Product/Stock Availability:
If the product you are looking for is unavailable or out of stock, please continue to check each product page for estimated availability. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

In the event that a product ordered is not available, we will email the customer to confirm a change, but JumpSport UK reserves the right to place the item(s) on backorder or substitute products that, at JumpSport UK's discretion, are of a comparable or higher grade, quality, or price. The terms and length of warranty coverage are honoured based solely upon the model purchased. JumpSport UK reserves the right to discontinue or make changes to its products.
